Rhinosinusitis is a condition in which your nasal cavities get infected, swollen and inflamed. You may experience headaches and nasal congestion.
 If you experience any of these symptoms it is strongly recommended that you seek medical advice.
There’s are several homemade remedies that may help easen up the symptoms and provide relief to this problem.

Saline rinse.

This is the easiest to make and probable one of the most effective methods to follow. You’ll only need salt and water. Mix a little bit of salt with water. Rinse your nose with it and your mucus will loosen up. Depending on these severity of your sinus infection you may need to do this every now and then to prevent sinus problems from coming back. Please note that pharmacies sell sea water solutions at affordable prices.

Eucalyptus steam.

Mix some leaves with water. Boil and inhale the vapors. The steam will loosen up the mucus and eucalyptus will soothen your breathing.

Essential oils. 

Eucalyptus and peppermint oils are wonderful to relieve sinus problems. You can rub them below your nose (make sure they are food grade) or you can use a humidifier and breathe these oils on your room.

Get some vitamin C

Vitamin C is well known to improve the immune system and fight infections.
Apple Cider Vinegar Mix
Mix two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of honey into a cup of boiling water.

Last but not least.. Stay hydrated!

Make sure to drink plenty of water.
